You've got questions, ideas, and frustrations about your business. Let's talk about them.
With month-to-month Business Advisory, you'll have an experienced business owner and strategist to talk things through with, challenge your thinking, and bring an outside perspective to whatever you're working on.
You know your business. I bring another perspective.
Nobody knows your business quite like you do. You know your customers, your people, your industry, and the work it takes to keep everything going.
But when you're making decisions from inside the business every day, it can be difficult to see all the options.
Maybe…
You've been thinking about an opportunity for months but haven't made a decision.
You're unsure whether to hire someone.
Your sales aren't where you want them to be.
You've got an idea that could be great, but you'd appreciate someone asking the tough questions before you invest your time and money.
You need help understanding where to put focus to give you the return you need now.
You have a team and feel understanding and performance could improve but you're not sure how to get there.
That's where I come in.
I'll listen, ask questions, challenge your thinking, share what I've learned, and help you consider your next steps.
Together, we'll make good use of both.
What does having Cris as a business advisor look like?
It looks like having someone you can talk to about the things that matter to your business.
Someone who sees the bigger picture
Someone who understands the bigger picture, remembers what you've been working on, and can help you connect today's decisions to your longer-term goals.
Conversations driven by your business
Some months, we'll work through one significant challenge. Other months, we'll explore several smaller opportunities or decisions. We might examine your pricing, talk through a team issue, consider a growth opportunity, or review something you've been developing.
Building on every conversation
There's no predetermined curriculum. And because we work together over time, we can build on previous conversations rather than starting from scratch every time.
Accountability that suits you
We'll set measurable goals and activities over timeframes that make sense for your business, and track your progress together.
What can we work on together?
Almost anything related to running and growing your business.
Sales and profitability
Evaluate your sales activities, pricing, revenue opportunities, and ways to improve financial performance.
Leadership and people
Work through hiring decisions, team challenges, delegation, accountability, and developing your people.
Strategy and growth
Explore new opportunities, assess risks, establish priorities, and plan for what's next.
Time and operations
Examine how work gets done, how you're spending your time, and where improvements could make a difference.
Marketing and business development
Review your positioning, marketing ideas, proposals, and approaches to attracting customers.
The decisions that don't fit neatly into a category
Because business ownership rarely follows a tidy agenda.

A little about the person in your corner
Hi, I'm Cris.
I'm the founder of Meteoric Leadership Consulting, and I've spent more than 20 years building businesses, advising owners, and leading teams.
I co-founded a creative agency in 2006, grew it into a profitable business, and sold my ownership in 2021. Over my career, I've spoken with hundreds of business owners and advised them through a wide range of business challenges.
I've held senior corporate leadership roles, served on boards, and earned a Master of Arts in Leadership.
And I've spent plenty of time being the person responsible for the decisions.
I know what it's like to wonder whether you're making the right call, to have more ideas than time, and to face situations where there's no obvious answer.
I also know the value of having someone experienced to talk things through with. That's the kind of relationship I want to offer you.
You can expect me to be curious, practical, and candid. I'll tell you what I think, explain why, and challenge your assumptions when I believe it's worthwhile.
I won't pretend to know everything about your industry, and I won't promise that every idea will work.
But I will bring my experience, attention, and best thinking to our work together.
Your business deserves that kind of attention.
What business owners say
What stands out most is having direct access to someone with such deep, real-world knowledge of the challenges we face as business owners and leaders.
[Cris] is an active listener who will take the time to holistically understand your business and your management style and culture.
[Cris] is professional, thoughtful, and digs deep to find a solution.
I have certainly noticed more free time for myself, to focus on marketing and strategic growth for the company.
It was a fantastic experience then [and] looking back on it now, shows the true value we got from our time with her.
Every time I step into [High-Return Leadership], I leave with a nugget of knowledge that changes how I approach my work, workflows, or leadership.
