MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I'm Cris Seppola
As the founder of Meteoric Leadership Consulting, I help owners of B2B service businesses who’ve grown past solopreneur and now have a small team (roughly 3–15 people).
Most of my clients started as technicians: they were great at the work, built a business around it, and now the business needs a different kind of leadership to keep growing. I was exactly that technician (a designer) back in 2006 when I started my first business, a successful marketing, website, and training firm.
Now, my work is about designing the way work works.
I work with you to design clearer systems and workflows, better communication habits, healthier team dynamics, and simple ways to manage time and priorities. The outcome is both practical and human: stronger execution, less friction, more trust, and a business that supports the owners instead of consuming them.
